Ford Maverick Heating?

Our Ford Mavericks (long Wheel Base) Heating System Doesn't Work. It Blows Out Cold Air And Has Never Heated The Car Up Properly, Anybody Know Why Or What Might Be Wrong? Please Help, Winters Here And We Freeze In The Car
