Will rims that i had on a car support the weight of a truck?

i had a 93 clic caprice, with some 20's (falken rims) im getting a 2000 silverado 4 door extended bed. im a bit concerned about the weight difference... is that an issue? should i be weary of doing this or will everything be cool?
