Is there a good diaper pale?

We have a diaper genie II. We were surprised about how quickly it filled up, so what we did was started only putting the poo diapers in it and just wrap the others up tightly on themselves and tossed them in the regular trash can. We can go about 2 1/2 months per diaper genie refill that way! (the refill is just one big bag that you cut and tie off as you empty it). The genie does keep the smell away on a day to day basis although my GOODNESS the smell is almost unimaginable when you go to empty it. We do it weekly when its trash night and it was pretty ripe when it came time to change. We do it outside, and then Lysol the inside of it to keep the smell at bay. Works for us.
