Can I paint a gloss or semi-gloss over an eggshell latex paint?
I sand, primed and painted my kitchen cabinets with martha stewart eggshell latex paint. Can I do the second coat with martha sewart SEMI-GLOSS or GLOSS paint to reduce scratching and peeling? If I can, should I go with SEMI-GLOSS or GLOSS?
