I Eat great and work out steadily but cant lose my spare tire! HELP!?

I work out every 2nd day, 25 min run, 15 min Abs, 8 min rowing, and 30 min weight training. I eat approximately 1800 calories a day, so i know i am eating right(proper foods and all) but i cant lose my gut!! i can feel my Abs growing tighter underneath all that skin! What can i do to help shed the gut?!?!?!?!?
