I just received notice that i an 1 of 6 winners of a powerball lotto,is it a scam?

my e-mail address was selected as 1 of 6 out of fifty to share 1.5 million dollarsit says im to contact an international bank to receive payment,i have heard about lotto scams im wondering if this is legitimate or is it a scam.
