Is this a scam website?

Ok i stumbles upon this site cheapmuch.com..u can just type it into google. They sale pretty much every form of clothing you would need and they also sell most designers. Out of curiousity i looked at a few of the designer brands clothing they have and seemed somewhat very cheap. Then i took a look at the True Religion section, these clothes usually cost hundreds of pounds for a pair of jeans or a jumper. AND WTF!!!!!!!!!!! they had soooo many different pairs of True Religion jeans and jumpers all under �40. seriously..is the a catch? im soo confused??? and also other brands such as BAPE have jackets selling for over �100 so they wouldnt sell fakes for that much. please someone explain this too me..im in shock!
