Pregnancy test on a deadline?

So my boyfriend and I BD on Feb 27 and I went in for the final part of my hiring process for a new job, it turns out that if i am expecting or if there is a chance that I may be pregnant in the next month that i not get the immunization i need to begin orientation. (Its at a hospital so they are pretty strict about they're shots being up to date). So I told her that I would take a pregnancy test this weekend and I would be back on Tuesday to either get the immunizations or tell her that I am pregnant. So would it be to soon to get accurate results if did it Sunday or even Monday. Wednesday would mark two weeks since the act. Also if I could take it earlier how soon can I take it? I'm using a first response digital pregnancy test.
