Skirts at work for women?

With the rising crime rate due to acts of unlawfulness such as fighting in the streets, spitting, foul language and unruly behaviour throughout the female population do you think we should go back to traditional values such as during the 1980s and early 1990s when women had to wear smart blouses and pencil skirts to work helping install a bit of decorum back into society. Nowadays they/we seem to wear just about anything we want without comment due to the fear of employers being accused of ual discrimination whereas men are still expected to dress smart i.e. suit, shirt, tie and smart trousers. I am of course not talking about manual jobs where they have to wear overalls or boiler suits.
