What costs do Realtors incur while selling your home?

It was mentioned (and not in a direct way) that we as sellers should be glad that she (our realtor) is not asking us to raise her commission - because she based her commission % on selling the home in 30 days. Now, it's going over the 60 day mark. I've looked through the contract but I'd like to know more about what the individual realtor pays for versus what her company pays for. It seems that everyone is going to get paid, but us as sellers, because we're going to have to lower our price. Before I respond back to her snide remark, I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt. Upon listing our home, we've received flyers and brochures and a listing on realtor.com...but it's been our job to field calls for showings and before I have a financial conversation with her, I'd like to know more from other - unbiased professionals.
