Which one for video card should i get for gaming?

HIS Hightech Radeon X1550 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI, or Stealth Radeon 9250 256 MB PCI. Those two look like my best options I only have a PCI slot, I know its old i dont need some one to tell me to get a new computer with AGP or PCI-E slot. I play wow and i only get from 5-15 fraps usualy with my integrated graphics card. which one of these or any other would you suggest? Would it even help my fraps getting one of these?
