Promoting Phil. Tourism: Do you think Pinoy drivers would readily accept these driving commandments?

Yes, driving in the streets of Manila is almost like an Olympic competition event. However if all drivers were to behave like responsible adults, none of these "road rules" would be necessary. It's doubtful if these rules would change mentality and driving habits overnight, but even if only a handful of Pinoy drivers would follow these suggestions, our streets would be much safer. So I hope for everyone's sake that this issue is given more serious thought but we shall see.
