UFC fighter question?

Hi ok so my boyfriend and i watch the UFC alot... tonight efron escudaro was in a fight... we kept seeing a tattoo on his back it looks like half the U.S. is blue and the other half is read but there is a white circle like thing in the middle we think we couldnt tell very well.... anyway... does anyone know what is is or means? OH AND who would win between a fight with Efron and Junie
