What Book Should A Buy To Teach Manga Drawing?

im looking at books from amazon.co.uk for teaching and showing manga drawing. im just beginning as im not very gd at this. but im not sure wa book would be best. i want one that shows the drawing and step by step not just pictures of characters that have bn coloured in. so what one would be best for teaching manga drawing by pencil or charcoal? xx
